be 58 Global was birthed out of a God-given desire to BE A FAMILY ON MISSION and BE PRESENT wherever we are instead of ~~DO STUFF~~. It’s apparent in scripture that God’s design for The Church is for us to be a community of Believers that studies The Bible, prays, worships, fellowships, does life together, and meets each others’ needs. This leads to opportunities for evangelism within the community and beyond, and in turn the organic growth of His Church.

Our Vision is:

For the Gospel of Jesus Christ to be made known to all people and for the marginalized and most vulnerable among us to be safe, nurtured, and loved.

Our Mission is:

To help the poor and unreached around us rise out of physical, spiritual, and relational poverty by meeting the needs around us, creating opportunities for intimate discipleship, and building community wherever we are.

The Morrison Family

Jared, Kimberly, Levi, Gideon, Judah, Moriah, and Josiah Morrison are missionaries to Uganda where they are living out the vision and mission of be 58 Global alongside their Ugandan brothers and sisters in Nakapinyi South, a small village near the capital city, Kampala.

Jared and Kimberly Morrison

Missionaries to Uganda and Founders of be 58 Global

Jared and Kimberly were married in 2005, and after having five kids and moving 10 times in 12 years, they followed God’s call to full-time missions in Uganda. Jared worked for Forgotten Children Worldwide in Uganda for almost two years developing their flagship program to help teens transition well into adulthood. In the spring of 2020, God led Jared and Kimberly to start be 58 Global and focus on building community and being a family on mission. Jared and Kimberly love going on dates together, when they can find a babysitter.

Jessica Howell

Board Secretary

Jessica is the Missions Pastor at Living Word Church in Cleveland, TN. Her main goal as a leader is to follow Christ wholeheartedly and to call others to do the same, just as Paul wrote to the Corinthians, “Follow me as I follow Christ.” Some of her favorite things in life are spending time with family, trying new foods from different cultures, and quiet moments reflecting, preferably in a hammock. Jessica writes about her adventures and revelations at Love the Journey.

Teresa Raby

Board Treasurer

Teresa is a retired elementary school teacher and has extensive administrative experience, including working as a church financial administrator. She and her husband, Darrell, have supported several missionaries and ministries for over 25 years and have gone on several short-term mission trips together. Teresa is happiest when her five grandchildren are back in the states playing happily in her living room.

David Gray

Board Member

David is the Director of Marketing & Retail Operations for Church of God Publications. He and his wife, Kendra, have been involved in ministry for over 30 years. They live in Cleveland, TN and have 4 children, and 6 grandchildren. David is passionate about the body of Christ experiencing a true *Book of Acts* expression of the church. In his spare time, David enjoys backpacking, playing racquetball, and blogging at graymatterstoday.com.

Bob Bevan

Board Member

Bob is an Associate Pastor at Living Word Church in Cleveland, TN. He is passionate about revealing the goodness and nature of God and communicating transformational truth in practical ways. Bob and his wife, Jenn, are the proud parents of a daughter in grad school and a son in high school. Outside of his Associate Pastor role, Bob loves traveling and hiking with his family and communicating about stewarding ourselves and others in relationships at moralrevolution.com and bobbevan.com.

Michael Mozley

Board Member

Michael is an ordained United Methodist minister and founder of Catalyst for Africa. He and his family served as missionaries in Ghana, West Africa from 1999 to 2010. Michael has traveled extensively throughout the world doing international missions, but his deepest passion is being on the continent of Africa. When Michael isn’t traveling for ministry, he enjoys relaxing on his boat dock in Southwest Florida with his four-legged best friend, Bean.
